Açai puree must always be stored frozen.  Store frozen at -18°C or below.

Use immediately after thawing.

Do not refreeze.

If no one is home to receive the delivery we will try to deliver again the following delivery slot.

If your delivery day is Friday and no one is home, we will try to deliver the next day (Saturday)

If you miss a delivery on a Saturday we will try to contact you to arrange a new time.

You will be billed for your subscription at the time of shipping for the amount of the individual shipment. Each billing cycle will vary depending on the selected frequency of your subscription.

Yes, you may change your subscription at any time. Please email info@boavida.co and tell us what subscription you’d like to change to.

Welcome to the club! If you selected The Fix you will receive 30 x 100g frozen açai puree packs. If you ordered The Daily Dose, you will receive 60 x 100g frozen açai puree packs. If you’re an addict, you’ll be getting 90 x 100g açai packs per month.

We might also include some promotional material and offers from time to time so check your box for any extras before recycling!


Your açaí will be shipped in a eco-friendly, highly insulated, bio-degradable cooler pack. We guarantee it will arrive frozen but someone must be at home to receive the parcel so that it can be unpacked and stored frozen straight away.

We will do our best to accommodate order cancellations. In some instances, we will be able to cancel an order. In others, depending on how far along the order is, we may not be able to. Email us at info@boavida.co and we will do our best to help you.

When you checked out you would have been prompted to select a delivery option depending on what suits your needs.

  • *Friday, before 1pm – either every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month*

If you placed your order on the 2nd week of the month, and selected ‘Friday, before 1pm, 3rd week of the month’ you will receive your item the Friday week following.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. You can also email as at info@boavida.co to cancel. Let us know if there’s a problem with your order or subscription so we can try and help resolve it.
