We source premium, organic products directly from communities living in the Brazilian Amazon. Be part of a community on a mission to change how we think, source and consume nature's superfoods.
Why We're Here
Boa vida is a British company, born out of a love for the vibrant Brazilian culture, the luscious Amazon rainforest and the nutrient-rich açai found in the northeast of Brazil. Working with natural forest products is our craft, our love, our passion. It drives us and inspires us. We believe that quality açai is our responsibility from berry to bowl. We take pride in working with Amazon ambassadors to source responsibly and support sustainable forest management.
We like our açai pure, just like the natives. We want you to experience the real thing and nothing less. If it grew in the wild and is “muito preto” it’s in! We don’t dilute our açai with sugar syrups or concentrated juices and we’ll never say it’s healthy if it’s not. To ensure the absolute best açai in nutrition and taste, we craft our all products using natural ingredients and free of unnecessary additives. Why change something so perfect?
'LIVING THE BOA VIDA'
Most of you will have figured Boa Vida means ‘good life’ in Portuguese - but what does a Good Life really mean? For us, it simply means doing the best you can with any given situation. It’s a life skill we picked up during our first trip to Brazil (2015) - the magnetic force of optimism & positivity of the people, no matter what their circumstance, was the main inspiration for Boa Vida, which made choosing a name easy. It is the realisation that *richness* in life comes when you know how to really love the life you live, and loving this life means looking after yourself; your emotional and physical wellbeing, looking out for others, not only your close friends and family, but showing compassion for all, and being responsible for the planet during this lifetime. Small good deeds and conscious consumption is all it takes. And anyone can do that. ‘Living the Boa Vida’ is for all.
Boa Vida celebrates the curious and the diverse. The passion-driven, the daring and the dreamers. The ones with a story to tell, the ones with no fear in their hearts.
